This gives me a nice visual status of my sockets. Helps me keep them from disappearing as I can see if I forgot to put any back when I pack up my tools.

Your sockets trays to magnetic ones The holes get smaller has sockets get smaller but all my sockets in my 3/8 have a 3/8 bottom all the way across and you cannot use them for the fact that the holes are too tiny to fit the 3/8 bottom into the hole
