Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Eligible Canadian Orders

Receive free standard shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more shipping to a Canadian address. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Orders containing any oversized items do not qualify for free shipping, including orders containing both regular and oversized items. These orders will be charged the applicable regular or oversized shipping rate.

Free shipping is not available for U.S. orders. Additional charges may apply for extended or remote delivery areas, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Rates

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping:

  • Standard shipping: $19.95 on most orders shipping to Canada or the United States.

  • Oversized shipping: $34.95 for oversized shipments to Canada or the United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply to extended or remote delivery areas. Applicable duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges are separate from shipping fees and are collected at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within Canada and the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to PO boxes in the United States.

U.S. Package Size Restrictions

The maximum package size for U.S. shipments is 24 inches × 24 inches. Materials larger than this size must be cut to fit these dimensions before shipping.

Remote and Extended Delivery Areas

Shipments to remote or extended delivery areas may incur additional shipping charges, even when an order otherwise qualifies for free shipping.

Canadian postal codes beginning with the following prefixes may be affected:

A0K, A0P, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E and Y0B.

This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change. Additional charges may apply to other locations.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We collect all applicable duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges at checkout. These charges are separate from shipping fees and are included in your order total, so you will not have to pay additional customs-related charges upon delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address and email address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that fail to arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided, except where required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, or tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
