The separating devices of the series 17 are used together with the pullers of the series 18 for pulling ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings, and other flat-lying parts in crafts, industry, and workshops, where there is not enough space for puller jaws. The separating-pulling process is capable of gently separating those parts initially before they can be pulled off from the outside. Compared to the series 15, the series 17 is particularly handy because the separating jaws can be quickly and concentrically tightened by a pressure spindle.
A simple and safe handling is made possible by the quick-release clamp spindle.
The sharp blades allow for extraction where other types of pullers are unsuitable.
