These Milwaukee Packout Drawerinserts are made by a CNC to fit the Milwaukee Packout 4 Drawer System. Our Kaizen Inserts for Packout are customizable foam inserts for you to create your unique Milwaukee Packout Kaizen Insert. Packout Kaizen Inserts are the Milwaukee Packout Foam Inserts you need today. 

The Milwaukee Packout Drawer System is one of the best suited Packout System Boxes for Kaizen Foam Packout Tool Box Inserts. Completely customize your drawers, prevent things from sliding around, and QUIT digging for your tools.

These Kaizen Inserts will fit the Milwaukee 4 Drawer Packout.

One quantity will fill one Packout Drawer. For example, if you want to fill 4 drawers you will need to order 4 inserts.

Please note that this foam is specifically cut to fit the bottom of the drawer (top and bottom are the same)

  • All 4 drawers are the same profile.
  • The bottom piece (1st layer) has the 3 grooves, and is available in both 20 & 30mm
  • The "FILL" piece lays on top of the bottom piece
  • You can fit up to a combination of 1-20mm thick & 1-30mm thick per drawer

The "bottom" inserts have an additional groove cut into them to accommodate the raised extrusions in the bottom of the drawer.  The "Fill" inserts are the same, and are used to stack the foam for increased depth if you so desire.

Foam pieces are sold separate and NOT in sets.
