OmniWall 16"x48" OmniPanel (Includes Cleats)

Arrived in good shape, mounting directions were straight-forward, solid construction. This product could easily go from a home run to a grand slam with a few additions.
1. Offer a template with one side being vertical installation, one with horizontal installation.
2. Didn’t include omniclips for the accessories, this is kind of annoying, especially with the high shipping cost of small items. Should prompt you.
3. The top cleat was too wide, I had to do some cutting to get it all to fit, a minor inconvenience.

Please don’t mind the messy table, this was right after install.

I love the unlimited amount of customization you can achieve with these panels! The only reason I am rating 4 stars: need longer mounting brackets if putting multiple panels side by side.

This review is in reference to only the order & customer service. I had very good response and answers to questions prior to placing the order; but the advice I received regarding the order was incorrect and then the order itself showed up incorrect with almost all 16 inch cleats for a large arrangement of boards (and not enough to complete the build). Then it took multiple calls and emails over several days to talk to customer service which was actually very helpful at the time promising to fix the order and rush it using 2 day shipping… It was another eight days before it arrived today so I’m coming on 10 days since first receiving the incorrect order and 18 days since placing the order initially….and I never did receive a response or callback from the inquiry I made after waiting six days for the promised 2 day shipment of missing parts. The extended time frame was particularly important to me because my shop has been in tatters since I took everything down from previous set-ups to prepare for the installation. Additionally I unfortunately cut a family trip a day short so I could use the last day of the 3 day weekend to do the installation; but returned to find that the shipment did not arrive as promised - that hurt! It just shouldn’t be this difficult, to simply get the right components in an order in a reasonable timeframe. Since the service was constantly poor, I must conclude that this is OmniWalls’ standard and not a fluke. Regarding the actual product, I cannot comment because I haven’t been able to start the installation. This is particularly disappointing because I paid over three times the amount I could’ve paid for an alternative because i thought it would be worth the higher quality and better service … w/o time-wasting issues; unfortunately, Omni wall seems to have fallen under the same trance that most customer services departments these days have fallen into where poor to average service (at best) is the new standard… and where spending more money does not guarantee a problem free transaction. At this point I am contemplating returning the whole order simply because where there is smoke there is usually fire; so I am therefore concerned about what other issues and hassles I might have to deal with going forwards.

Another excellent addition to my omniwall collection. I used 2 of these longer panels to store long handle tools and I hang my atlas 46 work shop apron.
