I liked what I purchased, except the pen did not work very well
Product took weeks later to arrive than stated and expected. Tried contacting customer service and got no response. This was for a project for a customer of mine and hurt a business relationship.
Wrong item was sent and there was no response whatsoever from KCI after I emailed them, both on their website and through Amazon.
Really annoying.
