The clip is well made and comes with an assortment of screws/bolts. It took me several tries to determine the correct screw/bolt. There is a chart that is included that is supposed to help but I found that trial and error worked for me. A 30 second YouTube for each tool brand would really help. The clip works very well.
The foam itself fits perfectly, no issue at all changing the hard top out for the foam, it was very straight forward. I would recommend either the Kaizen knife set, or one of those electric heated foam cutters for a perfect cut, the first time. The knife set I had did not work as well for me, and left some messy edges that took extra time to clean up. But that's user error and not product error. 5/5 for Kaizen will be buying more in the future.
